Data Deletion Instructions

This document explains how users can request deletion of the personal data associated with our app/website. We take privacy seriously and provide a simple, transparent process to remove your information upon request.


1. Delete Your Data Directly Through the App (If Available)

If your account settings include a self-service data deletion option, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings or Account Settings.
  3. Select Privacy or Data & Security.
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion request on the prompt screen.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.


2. Request Data Deletion by Email

If you prefer or if the in-app option is not available, you can request data deletion by contacting us:

Include the following in your email:

We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.


3. Request Data Deletion Through Our Website Form

If your website offers a privacy or support form:

  1. Visit our Privacy Request Form or Support Page.
  2. Fill out the required information.
  3. Select Data Deletion Request from the dropdown.
  4. Submit the form.

You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.


4. What Happens When Your Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is completed:
